Cescon Barrieu Advogados announced the addition of Bruno Gozzi as a new partner in the Dispute Resolution area.

Bruno has nearly two decades of experience in restructuring and insolvency. He advises on judicial and extrajudicial recoveries and bankruptcies, focusing on advising creditors and investors interested in acquiring assets or providing financing to companies under insolvency proceedings or at risk of insolvency. He has experience in arbitration and strategic dispute resolution of civil and corporate matters, debt recovery, class action lawsuits, and consumer law.
It represents some of the largest national and international companies and groups in various sectors, such as energy, banking, finance, technology, digital media, automotive, pharmaceutical, agriculture, construction and retail.
With the addition of Bruno Alexandre Gozzi, Cescon Barrieu’s Dispute Resolution practice now has 12 partners. The Restructuring practice is co-led by Managing Partner Alexandre Barreto , along with partners Joaquim Oliveira, Esther Slud, Daniel Longa, and Dimitrios Constantelos. Earlier this year, the practice was further strengthened with the promotion of Rafael Bertão and Marcos Lopes to partner.
