The Bolivian firm Gumucio Litigation Corporate announced the addition of José Luis Gallardo Torres as director of the Corporate and Tax area, strengthening its capabilities to advise national and international companies on strategic operations and highly complex legal matters.
Gallardo has experience in Corporate, Tax and Commercial Law, with a track record that includes business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing, tax planning and tax disputes.
Throughout his career he has advised companies in the energy, mining, industrial, technology and construction sectors, as well as participating in legal matters related to public institutions and international cooperation agencies.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in Business Finance from the Bolivian Catholic University, training that allows him to integrate legal and financial perspectives in business advice.
With this addition, Gumucio Litigation Corporate continues to strengthen its team and its legal services offering, with the aim of supporting the strategic decisions, operations and investment projects of its clients from a multidisciplinary perspective.
