The law firm Zadal has added José Magán Ayuso as a partner in its Banking and Finance practice. With his arrival, the practice now has three partners and expands its expertise in advising on financing transactions, both domestic and international.
José Magán has extensive experience advising national and international clients on all types of financing transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, real estate, and corporate finance. He has particular expertise in financing transactions within the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
His experience also includes operations with a strong international component, participating in the design, negotiation and implementation of complex structures and multi-jurisdictional guarantee packages.
Before joining Zadal, José was a director in the Commercial-Financial Law department at Deloitte Legal and, previously, was part of the Financial Law teams at Cuatrecasas and Freshfields.

The firm, which currently has nine partners, consolidates its Banking and Finance practice with this addition, which will now be made up of three partners, within its transactional advice proposal in Business Law.
