The Ecuadorian firm Lexvalor Abogados strengthened its professional structure and new practice areas, after announcing the appointment of Víctor Chiriboga Granja as partner, as well as the promotion of Adriana Paredes Arcos, Ana Belén Cadena Herrera, Danny Espinosa Taipe and José Xavier Endara Madera as directors.

Víctor Chiriboga, a partner in the Tax Division, has a solid track record in tax law, advising local and multinational companies, as well as individuals, on tax and estate planning, corporate structuring, and international taxation. During his time at Lexvalor, and in his role as Director of the Tax area, he has led highly complex matters, assisting our clients in structuring strategic transactions and resolving significant tax contingencies.

His strategic vision, technical rigor, and leadership have been fundamental to the growth and strengthening of our tax practice.

Ana Belén Cadena, director of the Tax Division, has a solid track record in Tax Law, with special emphasis on tax litigation and handling highly complex disputes in administrative and judicial proceedings.

Her practice is characterized by technical excellence, professional rigor, and the ability to develop sound legal strategies for complex matters. During her time at Lexvalor, she has built trusting relationships with clients and teams, actively contributing to the strengthening of the Tax practice.

In his new role, he will continue to contribute his experience and leadership to drive the development of the practice and generate value for our clients and the firm.

José Xavier Endara, director of the Labor Division, has a distinguished career in labor law and corporate legal advice, with extensive experience in complex labor litigation, labor restructurings and strategic consulting for national and multinational clients.

Throughout his career at Lexvalor, he has demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to excellence, and a strategic vision focused on providing efficient solutions aligned with our clients’ business objectives.

From his new position as director of the Labor area, he will continue to drive the growth of the practice and strengthen our ability to support in highly complex labor matters.

Danny Espinosa, director of the Tax Division, has been part of Lexvalor since 2018 and has consolidated a distinguished career in Tax Law, supporting companies and institutions in highly complex matters from a strategic and comprehensive perspective.

His experience in new investments in Ecuador, project structuring and financing, and identifying tax incentives has enabled him to provide solutions focused on the viability and sustainability of our clients’ businesses. His leadership and comprehensive vision have been recognized by leading international legal boards, reflecting the trust he has built with clients and colleagues.

As director of the Tax area, he will continue to strengthen the practice and lead new challenges to continue offering specialized and strategic advice.

Adriana Paredes, Director of the Compliance Division, has more than a decade of experience at Lexvalor, during which she has consolidated a solid experience in Compliance, Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Crimes (AML/CFT), Fiduciary and Corporate Law.

His experience advising companies in various sectors on compliance, risk management, and prevention of regulatory contingencies has been key to strengthening our ability to provide preventive and strategic solutions.

From her new position as director of the Compliance area, she will continue to lead the development of this practice and support our clients in the face of increasingly demanding regulatory environments.
