Veirano Advogados announced the addition of José Guilherme Malheiro as a new partner. Based in São Paulo, the lawyer will strengthen the firm’s finance and capital markets practices, focusing on debt transactions in the Brazilian and international markets, particularly in the context of infrastructure projects.
With over 12 years of experience, José Guilherme advises financial institutions, public and private companies, investment funds, securitization companies, asset managers, and sponsors on financing, fundraising, and capital markets transactions. His services encompass the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of financing and debt issuances in local and international markets, including debentures, promissory notes, bonds, and other fixed-income instruments, as well as structured transactions, securitization, special situations, and debt restructurings.
The arrival of the new partner strengthens Veirano’s ability to support its clients in financing and debt operations in a scenario marked by the growing diversification of capital sources and the advancement of infrastructure investments.
