As part of its international promotion process, Linklaters recently appointed counsel Inês Pisco Bento,[/ Inês Pisco Bento,] a lawyer in the Tax area, and Carmina Campos Pina a lawyer in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations area, both in Lisbon.

She is a tax lawyer in Lisbon, where she practices in all areas of tax law, with a particular focus on tax litigation. She has extensive experience in tax disputes through administrative, judicial, and arbitral channels, and advises on a wide range of tax matters. She also has extensive experience in regulatory matters, including advising and representing clients in regulatory investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and interventions by supervisory authorities, both domestically and internationally. She is a member of Linklaters’ ESG Group and actively participates in innovation and legal technology initiatives, including the firm’s European Innovation Forum.
Linklaters’ selection of 37 partners and 52 counselors worldwide was announced by Aedamar Comiskey, senior partner and chairman of the firm. Effective May 1, 2026, Linklaters’ Lisbon office will have 11 partners and 5 counselors, consolidating a team with a strong reputation in the market.
