Javier Fuentes de Tienda becomes a partner in the Corporate M&A practice, having played a key role in its growth and consolidation over the past four years. Since joining Fieldfisher, he has advised domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions, distinguishing himself through his technical excellence, leadership and commitment to the firm’s values.
Antonio Delgado has been promoted to partner in the International Arbitration practice, where he previously served as Of Counsel. With more than 18 years’ experience, he advises clients and investors in international arbitrations and proceedings against sovereign states, particularly in disputes relating to foreign direct investment and renewable energy projects. He has a strong international profile: he is admitted to the Spanish Bar, is a solicitor in England and Wales, and has practised law in Spain, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
