She was also the director responsible for the legal and regulatory area at PagBank, where she led strategic initiatives related to Pix, the accounts receivable registry, open finance, and institutional dialogue with regulators and market associations.
With over 20 years of experience in financial regulation and payment methods, Thais has built a career advising financial institutions, fintech companies and other industry players, with a proven track record in structuring products, transactions and business agreements in complex regulatory environments.
She holds a law degree from USP and a Master of Laws degree from Columbia Law School. Throughout her career, she has been recognized by publications such as Chambers FinTech and The Legal 500 in the banking and finance sector.
