Espinosa Jervis Dent (EJD), an Ecuadorian firm, announced its launch with the help of managing partners José María Espinosa Sevilla, Enrique Jervis Dávalos and Pablo Andrés Dent, three lawyers who have joined together to combine their knowledge.

The new firm offers legal services in the areas of tax law, finance, corporate law, data protection, litigation, constitutional law, and telecommunications.

“EJD is a law firm whose members are specialists in the various practice areas we offer. We team up with our clients to become their strategic partners and provide legal services from a creative, disruptive, and commercially sensitive approach,” the firm stated in a press release on its LinkedIn profile.

"We are aware of the current challenges and have a deep understanding of the Ecuadorian market, which allows us to provide commercially viable legal advice, anticipating your needs and mitigating contingencies in a timely, creative and efficient manner," the firm added.
