Ejaso continues to strengthen its Labor Law practice with the addition of Raúl García, formerly a partner at EY Abogados, along with Nicolás Chacón and Laura Inigo, also from the same firm.
The arrival of the team represents a significant boost for Ejaso’s Labor area, both for its experience in providing recurring advice to national and international companies and for its specialization in matters of particular complexity related to senior management, labor contracts, collective bargaining, business restructurings and Social Security.
The team also has extensive experience advising on labor-related aspects of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganization processes, as well as on matters of equality, sustainability, and new regulatory requirements impacting the
labor relations.
Raúl García has over 20 years of professional experience advising national and international companies on all aspects of labor law. Throughout his career, he has worked for major Spanish and international law firms, and has been a partner at EY for the last 14 years. He combines his professional practice with his academic work as an associate professor at IE Business School. He also co-directs the Labor Relations Lab at the IE Benchmarking Club, a forum through which he actively participates in analyzing the main trends and challenges affecting labor relations management in organizations.

Joining him is Nicolás Chacón, a graduate in Law and Business Administration from the San Pablo CEU University, who has 15 years of experience in labor and Social Security advice to companies.
The team is completed by Laura Inigo, a graduate in Law and Master in International Law from ISDE, with six years of experience in Labor Law and business consulting.
