Cases Lacambra has added Felipe Ramírez de Dorado as a new partner to lead the Real Estate and Urban Planning practice in Spain, in line with its growth and consolidation strategy in one of the areas with the highest transactional activity in the market.
Felipe’s arrival is part of the firm’s ongoing development of its Real Estate practice and its commitment to strengthening its advisory services to investors, financial institutions, family offices, and corporations in complex real estate transactions. This move reinforces the firm’s ability to support its clients throughout the entire real estate investment cycle, from asset acquisition and financing to development, promotion, and divestment.

Felipe has extensive experience in complex real estate and corporate transactions across all asset classes, including offices, shopping centers, industrial and logistics assets, residences, residential developments, hotels, and logistics platforms. Throughout his career, he has advised on acquisitions and divestitures, real estate development and promotion, project financing and refinancing, as well as joint venture structures, sale and leaseback transactions, and cross-border deals.
His experience includes providing recurring advice to investment funds, institutional investors, REITs, financial institutions, pension funds and family offices on some of the most significant transactions in the real estate market.
Before joining Cases Lacambra, Felipe developed his professional career at leading international firms. He also completed a professional internship at a British law firm based in London and, more recently, served as Legal and Compliance Director for the hotel platform in Spain of a leading global investment firm.
A graduate in Law from the International University of Catalonia and with a Master’s degree in International Business Law from ESADE Business School, Felipe combines his professional practice with teaching and has taught courses in bar exam preparation programs at Pompeu Fabra University and ISDE. With this addition, Cases Lacambra continues to strengthen one of its strategic areas and consolidates its capacity to advise on complex real estate transactions, both domestic and international.
