Azevedo Sette Advogados announced two new partners for the Belo Horizonte office: They are Lucielly Matos Oliveira and Fernando Antônio Silveira Rodrigues Filho, both from the Litigation and Arbitration area.

Lucielly Matos Oliveira
With extensive experience in litigation and arbitration related to civil, competition, environmental, intellectual property, mining and real estate matters, Lucielly is a benchmark for her clients and is recommended by the international publication The Legal 500 as a key contact in the Belo Horizonte regional section for Arbitration and Mediation.
With over 15 years of experience representing clients in strategic litigation, particularly in the automotive, mining, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, he excels at representing clients in complex commercial disputes, especially in real estate matters, including expropriation, property recovery, adverse possession, eviction, rent collection, damage claims, and court negotiations to ensure the protection of property rights for landlords, tenants, and investors.
In collaboration with Azevedo Sette since 2013, she recently participated in a prestigious exchange program in Canada and is the author of numerous articles published in academic journals and legal publications.
Fernando Antonio Silveira Rodrigues Filho
With over 20 years of experience (10 of them with the firm), Fernando plays a key role in providing legal counsel to companies on strategic negotiations and litigation, including civil and corporate arbitrations, as well as litigation in corporate, environmental, and intellectual property law. His professional career is characterized by the management of highly complex disputes and matters, with experience in diverse economic sectors, particularly energy, construction and engineering, telecommunications, healthcare, technology and internet, retail, real estate, and infrastructure.
The partner holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas) and a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Itaúna (UIT). Before joining Azevedo Sette Advogados, he worked as a legal coordinator in civil law at firms specializing in Commercial Law and as a legal coordinator in the legal departments of large companies, gaining experience in both commercial law practice and corporate legal management.
Fernando is recommended by The Legal 500 Latin America 2026 guide in the areas of dispute resolution and medium-sized litigation.
With the announcement regarding Lucielly and Fernando, the firm has reached a total of six promotions in 2026. In January, we promoted Stefania Mariotti (Litigation and TMT) and Svetlana Miranda (Environmental, Mining and ESG Law) to partner, and in March, it was the turn of Maíra Konrad de Brito (Tax, Strategic Processes and Digital Law) and Juliano Tadeu Ferreira Lisboa (Litigation, Real Estate, Privacy and Data Protection, Intellectual Property and Corporate Law), who have been with the firm for 12 and 17 years, respectively, to take over the coordination of the Brasilia team.
