Auren strengthened its Global Mobility area to offer a 360º service to companies in the management of the international mobility of their teams.
Auren’s Global Mobility area offers integrated solutions that cover the entire lifecycle of international assignments, from planning and execution to monitoring, including short and long-term relocations, cross-border employment, business travelers, project mobility, and remote or hybrid working models in multiple jurisdictions.
This reinforcement includes the incorporation of Aida Aparicio, a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in international mobility and corporate immigration, who joins a multidisciplinary team made up of different professional profiles.
The value of Auren’s service lies in the multidisciplinary coordination of its divisions: the Legal division, with expertise in corporate immigration, labor law, tax law, and transfer pricing; and the People Consulting division, which contributes knowledge of compensation and benefits policies, incentive plans, and cross-border remote work. This combination allows them to offer comprehensive and practical solutions, with close support and the secure and efficient management of complex scenarios.
“With this reinforcement, we complete the Global Mobility circle by offering a service that combines legal, tax, labor and people advice, supporting companies and employees in every phase of their international projects,” explained Mario Alonso, president of Auren.
For his part, Carlos Barreda, partner in charge of Global Mobility, emphasized that “the value of our service lies not only in the technical coverage, but also in the coordination of multidisciplinary teams that support both the company and the employee, mitigating risks and providing operational and legal clarity in any jurisdiction. Furthermore, we have a robust international network that allows us to provide support in any country where our clients operate.”
According to Mario Rodríguez Lancho, partner at Auren Personas, “international mobility involves not only legal and tax compliance, but also nurturing the employee experience and supporting companies’ global talent strategies. Our comprehensive approach allows us to manage all aspects of mobility efficiently and with a human touch, ensuring that both the company and the professional benefit from the international experience.”
Alberto Gilarranz, partner in the Labor Law department at Auren Legal, pointed out that “international mobility also implies a proper labor approach that guarantees legal certainty and regulatory compliance in each country. Our job is to anticipate potential risks and provide clarity and peace of mind to both the company and the professional.”
