Brunno Magalhães – Auditor
Buno Magalhães works in tax litigation and tax and customs advisory services, focusing on assisting companies in the oil and gas sector. He has extensive experience in handling administrative and judicial proceedings related to federal, state, and municipal taxes, as well as solid experience in complex customs matters and special regimes.

Fernanda Balieiro – Fiscalidad
Fernanda Balieiro is a partner at Veirano Advogados and practices in the areas of tax litigation and tax advisory services. Her practice focuses on filing and appearing before tax courts and administrative tribunals. In addition, due to her previous professional experience, Fernanda also has expertise in social security matters.

Isabel Hering – Fashion Law and Intellectual Property and Information Technology
Isabel Hering works in intellectual property, commercial agreements, entertainment, and information technology, with an emphasis on data protection and privacy projects, digital law, the internet, software, and complex technology transactions.
She has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements related to the copyright of brands, actors, digital influencers, and publishers, as well as contracts related to patents, cultivars, genetic material, research and development activities, and technology transfer, having been responsible for the nationalization of the British government’s technology transfer agreements (Lambert Toolkit).
In his digital law practice, he develops comprehensive data assessments and reviews policies, terms of use, and agreements in light of the legal framework for data protection, drafting templates and awareness campaigns for comprehensive compliance.

Rodrigo Fransciscon – Prosecutor
Rodrigo Franciscon is a partner with experience in tax consulting. He has focused his practice on companies in different sectors, providing tax advisory services. He has developed his expertise in Brazilian tax law in the area of consulting services, mainly in the area of VAT, dealing with various taxes, such as ICMS (state VAT), IPI (special tax), PIS/COFINS (federal contributions), ISS (service tax), and import duties.
He has experience in tax planning projects, site location, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, SAP and Oracle implementation, cash saving solutions, and tax advice on import and export operations.
Before joining the firm, Rodrigo worked as a senior consultant at one of the Big Four, where he served a variety of companies, including cosmetics, food, automotive, chemical, oil and gas, engineering services, and energy, providing consulting on VAT and ancillary obligations, such as “SPED-Fiscal,” “EFD-Contribuições,” “Bloco K,” “e-Credac,” and “GIA,” among others.
