The Uruguayan firm Guyer & Regules announced that Nicolás Herrera will step down from the Executive Committee, continuing his work as a partner at the firm. Effective January 1, 2023, he will be replaced by Nicolás Juan and Nicolás Piaggio, both of whom have been with the firm for over 25 years.
The Executive Committee will be made up of Nicolás Piaggio and Nicolás Juan (co-chairs) along with Diego Licio, Corina Bove and Federico Susena.
The firm commented that “this constitutes an important institutional step, one that has been planned for several years and has the enormous virtue of culminating a solid and smooth transition, allowing us to continue benefiting from the immense value that Nicolás Herrera has always brought to our firm. A brilliant professional and an even better person, Nicolás has guided our path for the last 30 years.
