The Peruvian firm Estudio Rodrigo announced the promotion of five lawyers to the category of partners, effective from July 1, 2026.
This strategic round of promotions reflects the firm’s sustained organic growth and directly responds to the significant increase in client demand, particularly in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration, Tax, and Data Protection. It is worth noting that this round of appointments marks a historic milestone for the firm’s diversity and inclusion goals, with the appointment of Mayra Jiménez as the first female partner in the Litigation practice.

Mayra Jiménez (Civil Litigation): Specialist in judicial litigation, with an emphasis on contentious-administrative and constitutional processes in tax and customs matters. She provides strategic advice in disputes between private entities and the Peruvian State, particularly with the Tax Administration.
Gonzalo Chirinos (Arbitration and Civil Litigation): Expert in arbitration and the resolution of highly complex civil, commercial, and constitutional disputes, both nationally and internationally. In 2020, he served as a member of the international arbitration team in Mayer Brown’s Paris office.
Francisco Baldeón (Corporate Law and Data Protection): Specialist in corporate law and data protection, he advises domestic and foreign investors on complex business reorganizations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. His participation in the Ministry of Justice’s working groups for the reform of the Peruvian General Corporations Law is noteworthy.
Eulogio Peña (Labor Law): Expert in labor dispute resolution, focused on the strategic design of corporate labor processes, constitutional processes, and administrative procedures before labor authorities. He advises national and international companies on compensation structures, hiring, terminations, and compliance audits.
Joan Tello (Tax Law, Foreign Trade and Customs): Specialist in tax law, focused on consulting and highly complex tax litigation. Advises on tax audit procedures and contentious-administrative processes before the tax administration and the Tax Court, as well as on constitutional tax matters.
