Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas announces Enrique Pintado as the new partner in the Tax Law area

Peruvian firm Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas announced the appointment of Enrique Pintado as a new partner in its Tax Law Department, thus strengthening one of the firm’s strategic areas and improving its ability to advise clients on complex tax matters, administrative procedures and litigation involving public authorities.

Enrique has an exceptional track record in tax law and tax disputes, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. For more than eight years, he served as National Superintendent of Legal Affairs at SUNAT, Peru’s tax authority, where he led the interpretation and application of Peruvian tax legislation and played a key role in developing landmark legal criteria that have shaped tax administration and taxpayer guidance.

Throughout his professional career, Enrique has advised clients on a wide range of tax matters, represented them in contentious and non-contentious administrative proceedings, and intervened in litigation before the tax administration and other competent authorities.
