The law firm RCD has appointed David Pintos as a partner in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship practice and has promoted four professionals to the position of director: Ismael Peralta, Marina Ramos, Claudio del Castillo, and Albert López. These five appointments strengthen the firm’s capabilities in the areas of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Administrative and Urban Planning Law, and Labor Law.
These promotions recognize the career paths of professionals who have developed their careers at RCD and reflect the firm’s commitment to internal talent and professional development, in line with a culture based on merit and commitment to the client.
These appointments come amidst growth at RCD, which recently added Javier Martínez and Carolina Revenga as partners in Litigation and Insurance, Francisco de Asís García as a partner in Tax Procedure, and Jordi Diosdado as director in the Labor Law area. The firm is thus combining the promotion of its own professionals with the addition of external talent to strengthen its teams and expand its specialized advisory capabilities.
Adolf Rousaud, co-managing partner of RCD, emphasized that “these promotions recognize the career path and commitment of professionals who have grown with the firm and who are now taking on new responsibilities. Developing internal talent is an essential part of our culture and one of the foundations on which we are building the firm’s future.”
For his part, Ignasi Costas, co-managing partner of the firm, added that “the fact that these professionals are taking on new responsibilities allows us to expand our capabilities in strategic areas and address our clients’ needs more effectively. Their knowledge of the firm and their vision for the future contribute to consolidating our approach to advisory services and to continuing to advance our growth project.”
