PPU in Peru has appointed Valeria Milla as director to lead the Public Law practice. Her addition strengthens the Public Law practice in Peru and reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing advice in highly regulated sectors.
Valeria joins PPU accompanied by associates Joaquín Pantoja and Rodrigo Solís, thus strengthening the firm’s Public Law team.

Valeria is a lawyer, having graduated from the University of Piura in 2014. She specializes in public law, economic regulation, and competition law, with experience in highly regulated sectors such as energy, hydrocarbons and natural gas, infrastructure, industry, and real estate. She has over 12 years of experience advising national and international companies on regulatory strategy design, complex project development, obtaining authorizations and permits, managing administrative procedures, and mitigating regulatory risks associated with their operations.
