The Peruvian firm Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados announced the arrival of María del Pilar Sabogal as a new partner in the Corporate area, a strategic lateral addition that consolidates its financial and project practice and reaffirms its leading position in the legal market.
María del Pilar has a widely recognized track record and a solid specialization in structuring complex financings, local and international capital market operations, and the development of infrastructure projects, which further expands the firm's ability to support sophisticated and high-impact transactions.
His experience in infrastructure projects includes advising on the structuring and implementation of project financing, joint ventures, investment or divestment processes, EPC contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, as well as all types of strategic commercial advice to concessionary companies in their interactions with financial entities, construction entities, government entities and other market agents.
Prior to joining the firm, María del Pilar served as the lead partner of EY Law.
