Peruvian firm Hernández & Cía. announced the addition of Nydia Guevara as a partner in the Banking and Finance, Securities Markets, and Fintech areas. Her arrival strengthens these strategic practices and represents a significant step in the firm’s growth plan.
“Nydia’s return is a milestone for the firm. We are bringing back one of the most renowned professionals in the Peruvian market, distinguished by her profound knowledge and extensive experience in financial matters in general, and in banking, finance, and capital markets in particular. Her leadership will enhance our capabilities and strengthen collaboration among our different practice areas,” said Juan Luis Hernández, managing partner of Hernández & Cía.
“Returning to Hernández & Cía. has a very special meaning for me. On a personal level, because it’s where I started my career, and also professionally because it’s a challenge to join a top-tier firm with a leading position in the Peruvian legal market. I’m very excited to contribute to its growth and the development of essential practices for the financial market and the Fintech ecosystem,” commented Nydia Guevara.
