Monereo Meyer Abogados has promoted Alberto Suárez Tramón to partner in the Corporate and M&A practice. This move is part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen its commercial law practice and support the increase in corporate transactions in Spain.

Suárez Tramón specializes in commercial and corporate law and has experience in middle-market M&A transactions, structural modifications, and shareholder agreement negotiations. Throughout his career, he has advised international groups on acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, and has also served as secretary or deputy secretary of the board of directors in several Spanish companies with foreign investor participation.
The new partner has been recognized by the international legal directory Leaders League in the practice of Corporate and M&A for three consecutive years (2022-2024).
He holds a law degree from the University of Oviedo, a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Garrigues Center for Studies, and has completed the Advanced Program on Legal Aspects of Financial Activity at IE Law School.
