He has extensive experience in project structuring and contract negotiation related to acquisitions, financing, and the structuring of guarantees for real estate, agricultural, agro-industrial, retail, mining, and energy projects.
Luis Francisco Paz focuses his practice on civil law and estate planning. His experience includes civil law matters related to transactions and dispute resolution, as well as the design of asset protection and management structures, including estate planning trusts, family protocols, and complex succession planning structures.
