Federico is a renowned professional from Salta who served as a senior associate at the firm—where he worked for 14 years. Saravia Toledo also specialized in advising corporate clients on M&A, regulatory matters, and cross-border transactions, specifically in energy infrastructure projects (renewable energy, oil and gas, mining, etc.).
He graduated with a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He then completed an Executive MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He has consulted on projects for the World Bank and UNDP, and has experience in negotiating government agreements and managing public tenders.
"The business environment is growing exponentially in the northwest region of Argentina. This is driven, to a large extent, by the energy and mining sectors and by various initiatives that seek to capitalize on the region's vast natural resources. Aware of this landscape, which affects a diverse range of clients—both current and potential—and its opportunities, we made the decision to strengthen our presence in northwest Argentina."
His relevance in the local market and his professional skills will undoubtedly enhance Marval's positioning.
