Madrona Advogados announced the addition of Roberto Salles as a new partner to its Tax Law department.
“The arrival of Roberto Salles represents a strategic reinforcement for our tax team. His experience in international transactions, tax structuring for M&A, and leadership in complex projects adds greater technical depth to our team,” said Danilo Mininel, CEO of Madrona.
Roberto has over 30 years of experience in tax law, working in strategic tax consulting, tax structuring, and international taxation, including Pillar 2. Throughout his professional career, which included a period as a consultant between 2021 and 2026, he advised national and multinational companies on complex projects related to direct taxation, tax planning, and the implementation of efficient tax structures.
Before joining Madrona Advogados, Roberto was a partner in the International Tax practice at KPMG Brazil, where he specialized in Pillar 2, international transactions, tax structuring strategies, and strategic projects related to corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was a founding partner of Fialho Salles Advogados, where he led the Tax and Fiscal Law practice, advising companies in various sectors on complex and high-impact tax matters.
He has been recognized by legal publications and directories such as The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
