A specialist in Civil Law and Consumer Law, Alicia Agüero holds a doctorate in Law and is a tenured professor of Civil Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. She combines her academic work with extensive institutional involvement as president of the Consumer Arbitration Boards of the Community of Madrid, which has allowed her to develop broad experience in out-of-court dispute resolution and in the design and interpretation of consumer protection regulations.
