Chilean firm Guerrero Olivos announced the arrival of lawyer Guillermo Infante to lead its tax practice. He comes from Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU), where he was a partner since 2010.
He has extensive experience advising national and international companies on tax matters, business reorganizations, international taxation and highly complex corporate transactions.
In a context of increasing regulatory complexity and constant changes in legislation, strengthening tax practice is a priority within Guerrero Olivos’ long-term growth strategy. His arrival represents a significant step in that direction and reinforces the firm’s commitment to continue offering excellent tax advice, the firm stated in a press release.
