Fieldfisher continues to consolidate its growth in Spain. The company closed fiscal year 2025 with a turnover of €17.85 million, representing a 10% increase compared to the previous year. This growth has been driven primarily by strengthening relationships with international clients, who now account for 26% of revenue, as well as by the ongoing promotion of internal cross-selling between strategic areas and sectors.

In line with this evolution, the firm approved a new strategic plan in 2023 that set a growth target of 35% for the period 2023-2025. Two years later, Fieldfisher completes this strategic cycle with 36% growth, exceeding initial forecasts and reinforcing its position as an international firm in Spain, with a clear commitment to talent and collaboration between practices as drivers of development.

“At Fieldfisher, we encourage collaboration between partners and teams because only through teamwork will we achieve excellence in customer service and the firm’s sustainable success,” explained Héctor Jausàs, president of Fieldfisher.

2025, a year focused on talent

However, 2025 has been particularly significant due to the strengthening of partnerships and the promotion of internal and external talent. During the year, the firm promoted Javier Fuentes de Tienda to partner in the Corporate M&A area, and Antonio Delgado to partner in the International Arbitration area, consolidating organic growth and the commitment to professional development within the organization.

Fieldfisher has also added new partners to strengthen key areas and support the firm’s strategic growth: Anaïs Cobo and Albert Rodríguez in Labor Law, Cruz Amado de la Riega in Restructuring and Insolvency, and Luis Suárez de Lezo in Real Estate. These additions join the first partner announced for 2026, Rafael Durán , who joins as a partner in Corporate M&A. These additions reinforce important practices and priority sectors for the firm, providing specialization and growth capacity in business lines with significant potential.

In parallel, internal talent development has played a leading role with the promotion to equity partners of Juan Osuna, from the Tax area, and Paloma Mato, from Corporate M&A, reflecting the firm’s commitment to professional development and the consolidation of highly specialized teams.

Positive assessment of the first year of the new management

From an organizational point of view, 2025 has been the year of consolidation for the new management team led by Héctor Jausàs as president, along with Rodrigo Martos and Talmac Bel as managing partners , with a focus on internationalization, the quality of advice and attracting and retaining the best talent.

The firm closed 2025 with 7% growth in fees and a total of 139 professionals in Spain, including lawyers and corporate staff. “Our goal is to continue building an attractive project for talent, where professionals can develop, take on responsibilities, and contribute to the firm’s growth,” stated Talmac Bel.

Fieldfisher continues to focus on the energy, financial, life sciences, real estate, and technology sectors, where it has experienced strong growth. Within the firm’s overall positive performance, the corporate, labor, and tax areas stand out for their projected growth in 2025. “Our teams are growing in quality and specialization thanks to the environment we have built within the firm, which is conducive to allowing our client-focused talent to reach its full potential,” concluded Rodrigo Martos.

New strategic plan 2026-2028

The firm is working on its new 2026–2028 strategic plan, which anticipates growth exceeding 40% supported by various levers, including organic growth and talent acquisition, the development of new technological capabilities and service innovation, as well as the expansion and integration of complementary service lines.

Fieldfisher, a law firm growing worldwide

The firm closed the last fiscal year with global revenues of €441.3 million, representing a 10% increase over the previous year. This growth was driven by key areas such as regulatory, intellectual property, tax, real estate, personal injury, and medical malpractice, all of which saw double-digit revenue increases.

In addition, the firm recorded solid growth across its European network, with significant increases in Austria, Italy, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, as well as in its alternative legal services, including Fieldfisher Condor’s activity during the year.

Currently, the firm has more than 2,000 professionals worldwide located in 28 offices spread across 14 countries.
