RLD has moved its Madrid headquarters to the Cuzco II Building, located at Paseo de la Castellana, 139, and has been operational since November 3rd. The boutique firm specializes in Corporate Law, M&A, and the expansion of Spanish and Latin American companies into the United Arab Emirates.
The new headquarters are located on one of Madrid’s most important corporate and financial thoroughfares and represent a key step for the firm. After 28 years on Zurbano Street, where it occupied 253 m², RLD is moving to a 450 m² office, almost 80% larger. The new space, more modern and better equipped technologically, is designed to handle highly complex transactions with the confidentiality they require.
Located on the eighth floor, with natural light and views, the office combines private offices with open spaces for teamwork. It also features a dedicated operations room, meeting rooms with videoconferencing systems for coordinating with the Dubai office, and space to continue adding professionals.
Personalized advice on M&A and Corporate Law
With this move, RLD strengthens its position as a boutique firm focused on Corporate Law and M&A, where each transaction is handled by a small team working in direct contact with the client.
The firm advises companies and family estates on mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions, with rigor and absolute discretion.
“We had outgrown the capacity of our Zurbano office. We needed more space and the right technology to receive our clients and work as a single team between Madrid, where we handle M&A operations, and Dubai, from where we support companies in their internationalization,” explained Rafael López-Diéguez Piñar, CEO of RLD.
Consolidation of the Madrid-Dubai axis
RLD has had its own office in Dubai since 2012. From there, it supports Spanish and Latin American companies establishing themselves in the United Arab Emirates, and in recent years has advised more than 100 Spanish companies. For the most complex projects, both offices work in an integrated manner: the Madrid office coordinates the operation from Spain, while the Dubai office provides on-site support.
