Ferrere announced the addition of Pablo Heredia and Santiago Rodríguez as new partners, and Jorge Palza as a board member, effective September 1, 2025.

He is recognized by The Legal 500 and the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) in his areas of expertise.
Jorge Palza, a graduate of the Bolivian Private University with an LL.M. in International Law from ISDE Law and Business School, has extensive experience in corporate law, contracts, and compliance. He has led legal teams at companies such as Cervecería Boliviana Nacional (AB InBev) and Nuevatel PCS, and has also practiced law at firms in Bolivia and Spain. He is featured in prominent international publications, including Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, in their international and Latin American guides.
