Escalona & de Fuentes has appointed Salvador Bautista Enciso as a partner in its Family Business practice, a key area of focus within the firm’s growth strategy. His professional practice centers on national and international corporate law, with a particular emphasis on corporate governance and board secretarial services, as well as M&A, financing, and refinancing transactions.

Salvador Bautista Enciso has a solid professional career, which began at Cuatrecasas and continued at Bergé y Compañía, the family business he joined in 2006. Since 2013, he has served as General Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Directors. In this role, he has played a significant part in the company’s governance and generational continuity. He has also led the legal department, participating in highly complex corporate transactions and developing relationships with its international partners. Currently, he is also Secretary of the Board of Directors of Astara Mobility and Bergé Logistics, Bergé y Compañía’s two main subsidiaries.
He also has extensive experience in the field of family businesses, where he has developed a distinguished institutional career: he was president of the Youth Forum of the Family Business Institute between 2019 and 2022, and vice president until 2025, and is a regular contributor to forums and programs specializing in governance and generational continuity.
