With over a decade of highly specialized experience in procedural and insurance law, Navas joins the firm as a leading figure in the Spanish legal landscape. His experience managing complex and high-value cases throughout Spain, coupled with his ability to coordinate teams and design litigation strategies for major insurance companies, gives Ejaso a profile that directly enhances its capabilities in the litigation arena.
Prior to joining Ejaso, Navas was the managing partner of the Civil Liability department at DYD Bufete Abogados, where she led litigation in general and professional liability cases in fields such as engineering, architecture, healthcare, law, and legal representation, as well as representing specific sectors such as alarm and security systems companies. Her experience also includes close collaboration with leading companies such as Mapfre España and Caser Seguros (Helvetia Group), participating in strategic decision-making and assessing the viability of proceedings before they went to court.
Her profile combines strong analytical and organizational skills with deep technical expertise. She holds a law degree from the European University and a Master’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the Pontifical University, MAPFRE Foundation, training which she complements with her participation in executive leadership programs.
