DLA Piper announced the addition of María Eugenia Carbó as counsel for the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions areas in its Buenos Aires office.
María Eugenia Carbó is a lawyer specializing in corporate law, with experience advising local and international companies on complex business transactions and matters. Admitted to practice law in both Argentina and New York, she has advised on transactions of regional and international scope in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.
