Dentons Peru strengthens its tax practice with the addition of Andrea Madueño Di Laura as partner and head of the area. With over 18 years of experience in strategic tax advice, Andrea joins the firm to enhance support for local and international clients in complying with and optimizing their tax planning.
Andrea has extensive experience in international taxation, structuring cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and advising on double taxation treaties. She has worked with companies in key sectors such as finance, telecommunications, and energy, providing specialized solutions in regulatory compliance and efficient tax strategies. Before joining Dentons, she was a counsel at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados.

Andrea is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with an LL.M. in International Taxation from New York University and postgraduate studies at the universities of Leiden (Netherlands) and Vienna (Austria).
