Deloitte Spanish Latin America announced the additions of Victor Eduardo Pittol as advisory and consulting partner and Juan Diego Mora as market growth partner, both based in Colombia, to strengthen the firm’s position in the business market and business line in the Andean Region.

Víctor Eduardo Pittol is a Systems Engineer with postgraduate studies in Networks and Data Communications from the Central University of Venezuela, and in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas. He has over 25 years of experience in leading, planning, and executing cybersecurity projects.
Before joining Deloitte, he was a partner at a leading US multinational technology company specializing in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, consulting, and quantum computing. There, he led business strategy and project execution in Colombia, Venezuela, and the Caribbean.
His career will be key to strengthening Deloitte’s operations in Spanish Latin America, driving the comprehensive management of SOC (Security Operation Center) contracts and the sustained growth of the cybersecurity practice in Colombia.

Juan Diego Mora holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (Boston) and the European School of Economics (Rome). He has 26 years of experience in consulting, focusing on growth and strategy, digital business transformation, and technology programs in Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, he has served as a general manager of Consulting in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry, leading strategic accounts and digital transformation programs in various markets.
His experience in the TMT sector in Latin America, along with his specialization in digital transformation, operational efficiency and technology outsourcing, will contribute to strengthening the firm’s commercial positioning and developing new business opportunities in the region.
