CMS Rodríguez-Azuero announced the appointment of Tatiana Londoño, Nicole Ríos, and Felipe Molano as new partners of the firm, as well as the addition of Claudia Liliana Velásquez as managing associate of the Labor Law area, within the framework of its strategy to strengthen capabilities and consolidate its service offering in the Colombian market.
These appointments respond to the need to continue consolidating specialized teams in key areas for the firm’s clients, with a practical, interdisciplinary and business-oriented approach.

Tatiana Londoño works in the area of Environmental Law & Sustainability, with a special focus on Human Rights. She has over 20 years of experience in public law, international law, and human rights, and advises clients on due diligence processes related to human rights, sustainability, and risk management, particularly in relation to their operations and value chains.
Nicole Ríos is a partner specializing in Tax and Customs Law & Foreign Trade. With 15 years of professional experience, she advises national and international clients on the tax structuring of transactions, tax planning, transfer pricing, foreign trade, and wealth management, employing a practical approach focused on business decision-making.
Felipe Molano has been appointed partner in the Corporate/M&A and Commercial Law practices. He has over 15 years of experience and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as financing transactions and securities market operations. His practice focuses on supporting corporate decision-making and the execution of strategic transactions.
As part of this strengthening, the firm is also adding Claudia Liliana Velásquez as managing associate of the Labor Law practice. Claudia is a lawyer and specialist in Labor Law from the Pontifical Javeriana University. Throughout her career, she has assisted with collective bargaining processes, labor arbitration tribunals, appeals, and the management of labor contingencies, advising companies on individual and collective labor matters.
