He also has extensive experience in the areas of Banking and Finance Law, Insurance, Civil Law, and related Litigation, with a particular focus on providing legal counsel to financial institutions and finance companies, specifically in matters of Civil (Contract) Law, Consumer Credit, and its corresponding regulation and supervision by supervisory bodies.
