ClarkeModet has appointed Alberto Martínez as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), a newly created role aimed at accelerating the growth of the group’s domestic business and digital channels. The leading intangible and digital asset management group has tasked Martínez with overseeing sales and marketing teams across the 13 countries in Europe and Latin America where ClarkeModet has a direct presence.
Martínez is an executive with 25 years of experience in business development and the transformation of technology and services companies. Most recently, he served as Key Account Director at Pluxee Spain, where he led business expansion and the development of new channels. He has also held management roles at companies including Xerox, PwC, Transcom and Altran (Capgemini Engineering).
In the words of María Garaña, Global CEO of ClarkeModet, “Alberto’s combination of strategic vision, analytical capacity and results-driven approach strengthens our commercial capabilities and will enable ClarkeModet to continue growing in two priority areas: our domestic businesses in the countries where we operate directly and the digital environment.”
For his part, Alberto Martínez said he begins this new stage “with a firm commitment to supporting ClarkeModet’s clients at a time when intellectual property, data and other intangible assets derived from innovative activity have become critical for competitiveness. ClarkeModet is uniquely positioned to enhance that value by combining expert knowledge with advanced technology.”
The appointment forms part of ClarkeModet’s strategy to deliver high-quality services based on hyper-personalisation, integrating clients’ intellectual property and business strategy through technology.
Alberto holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School. He has also completed additional training in artificial intelligence and data strategy applied to business development.
