The firm Chirgwin announced three new additions. These are Nathalie San Martín and Isidora Mouras, who join the team as junior lawyers in the corporate area, and Benjamín Puvogel, who joins as a paralegal.
This move is part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen the firm in the context of the country’s emerging economic and investment recovery. The arrival of these young professionals, intended to bolster the office’s corporate practice, aims to deepen teamwork and strengthen client relationships.
“These new hires reflect our conviction that Chile’s growth requires legal teams prepared to support companies’ challenges and strategic projects. We are investing in young talent and their technological training, a dimension that is now fundamental to the practice of law,” highlighted Andrés Chirgwin, managing partner.

Nathalie San Martín is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, specializing in Public Law. She completed a summer internship at Chirgwin in 2024.
Isidora Mouras, for her part, is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She complemented her training with an academic exchange at Newcastle University, United Kingdom, and an internship at the Supreme Court of Chile.
Benjamín Puvogel is a fifth-year law student at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He began as an intern at Chirgwin and later joined the firm as a paralegal. He completed internships at the State Defense Council, Chirgwin, and Della Maggiora & Eyzaguirre. He also served as a teaching assistant for the PUC’s Law, Science, and Technology team.
With these additions, Chirgwin continues to strengthen its corporate practice and consolidate a strategy based on talent, specialization and technology, in line with its commitment to Chile and to supporting initiatives capable of boosting the country’s economic and productive development.
