Cases Lacambra has added Emma Pons as a new partner in the United States to strengthen its Transactions and Corporate M&A practice. This appointment reinforces the firm’s presence in the country and its capacity to advise on international corporate transactions and operations.
Emma’s arrival is part of the firm’s growth strategy in Corporate M&A, the US market, and the development of its international advisory platform. With this appointment, the US office now has three partners, expertise in law across several states, including Florida and New York, and strengthens its position as a partner to European clients.
Furthermore, this addition is part of the firm’s ongoing development of its US Desk. This initiative brings together up to 12 professionals from various practice areas across the firm’s offices, enabling coordinated advice on matters related to the United States. This platform allows the firm to leverage synergies and support its clients in highly specialized matters with a transatlantic dimension.
“The addition of Emma represents a further step in consolidating our presence in the United States. Her experience in Corporate M&A and her international track record strengthen our US office’s ability to advise on complex transactions between Europe, the United States, and Latin America, one of the firm’s strategic priorities,” said Miguel Cases, CEO of Cases Lacambra.
Emma Pons stated that she is joining Cases Lacambra with great enthusiasm. “The firm has a clear international focus and an increasingly significant presence in the United States. I am convinced that there is a great opportunity to continue supporting our clients in their international operations and investments from the U.S.”
