The law firm Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados (BZCP) announced the addition of Ana Carolina Cesar as a partner in the areas of Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Protection.
“For me, BZCP has always been a benchmark of how the legal profession can combine technical excellence with a forward-thinking vision. Joining the partnership at this time reflects not only a consistently built career, but also a context of significant transformation in the legal sector. The rise of artificial intelligence is redefining the market and expanding the strategic role of technology, intellectual property, and data protection practices.”
In this regard, she added that “it is at this point of convergence where I intend to act even more closely with clients, offering solutions aligned with the speed and complexity of this new scenario, with a practical, innovative and results-oriented approach,” stated Ana Carolina Cesar.
For Eduardo Zilberberg, founding partner and one of the leaders of BZCP’s Venture Capital and M&A practices, the arrival of Ana Carolina, combined with the firm’s prominence in innovation, culminates in the expansion of the firm’s offerings in the technology sector. “We are fully convinced that this union will generate exceptional synergy, further strengthening our ability to offer strategic and sophisticated solutions to our clients,” Zilberberg emphasized.
