Bofill Mir Abogados announced the internal promotion of four lawyers to the position of director, reinforcing its commitment to developing its own talent and the firm’s organic growth. With these appointments, the firm now has seven directors, strengthening key practice areas that underpin its future growth.
The appointments correspond to Jorge Rodillo in dispute resolution; Gonzalo Barceló in restructuring and insolvency; Josefina Da-Bove in tax law; and Jorge Tisné in intellectual property, data and technology.

Regarding the challenges in their respective areas, Jorge Rodillo, director of dispute resolution, noted that “in the face of the country’s new cycle of investment in public works and strategic projects, I will add my experience in construction litigation to provide clients with technical and specialized advice, understanding the conflicts of the industry from within.”
For his part, Gonzalo Barceló, director of restructuring and insolvency, commented that he has “participated in some of the most significant restructuring and insolvency processes of recent years.
