Luciana will act as a consultant in the area of Funds and Private Equity, contributing to further strengthening our business operations in more than 20 areas of law, including Corporate Law/Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Banking.
With over 20 years of experience, the lawyer has accumulated vast expertise in structuring funds, including FIP, FII, FIDC, FIAGRO, FIF and infrastructure funds, as well as in public offerings and regulatory advice to administrators and managers of securities portfolios.
