Auren continues to drive its growth in the legal and tax area with the integration of the firm Galán i Rubio, a firm specializing in tax advice, with a solid track record in the Valencian market.
With this addition, Auren strengthens its position in the Valencian Community, especially in key areas such as tax procedures, family business taxation, the real estate sector, and restructuring operations. This is further enhanced by Galán i Rubio’s experience advising non-profit organizations and foundations.
Furthermore, his experience provides a solid understanding of the international environment, and a consolidated network of contacts and collaboration with firms and clients in different markets, which helps to strengthen Auren’s ability to offer global advice.
Joining the team is Miguel Ángel Galán, managing partner of Galán i Rubio. A graduate in Law from the University of Valencia and a specialist in Tax Law, he has over 25 years of experience advising national and multinational companies. Throughout his career, he has worked at leading firms such as Garrigues, Andersen Tax & Legal Iberia, and Broseta Abogados, building a strong reputation in tax advice, tax litigation, and estate planning.
In parallel, he combines his professional practice with teaching and mentoring, giving classes and workshops at institutions such as the College of Economists of Catalonia and the Foundation for Stock Market and Financial Studies (FEBF). He is also a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors.
In the words of Mario Alonso, president of Auren, “the integration of Galán i Rubio represents a further step in our growth strategy and strengthening of capabilities in key areas such as tax. It is essential to have professionals with extensive experience who contribute specialization, expertise, and a deep understanding of the Valencian business community.”
For her part, Susana García, partner at Auren Legal, noted that “this addition allows us to continue strengthening our value proposition in the Valencian Community, especially in advising family businesses and in complex tax procedures, where Miguel Ángel’s experience is a differentiator.”
Finally, Miguel Ángel Galán highlighted the challenges of this new stage, “joining Auren allows us to take a qualitative leap, expanding our capabilities and offering our clients a more complete service, supported by a multidisciplinary firm with an international presence, without losing the closeness and specialization that characterizes us.”
This operation is part of Auren’s growth strategy, based on the incorporation of talent and the strengthening of its capabilities in high value-added services, while maintaining its multidisciplinary approach and its closeness to the customer.
