With over 20 years of experience in human resources consulting, Javier Segura specializes in attracting, assessing, and developing managerial and specialized talent, with a solid track record in executive search and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has combined experience in multinational environments with entrepreneurship, always maintaining a strong focus on business, the client, and building high-performing teams.
In her new position at Auren, she will participate in strategic consulting projects on people and organization, collaborate on business transformation initiatives and contribute to business development and customer management within the Auren People area.
Prior to joining, Javier Segura had a long and distinguished career in companies such as Ronin Talent, where he was a co-founder, as well as ActioGlobal, IMAN Global Consulting, Randstad, and Grupo BLC, among other leading firms in the field of talent and consulting.
