Arias announced the promotion of Jorge Ordóñez and Florencio A. Gramajo to the position of senior counselin the Guatemala office
Jorge joined the firm in 2010 and has since become a key figure in the development of our Corporate and Real Estate Law practices. His experience includes providing legal counsel to major national and international companies, with extensive expertise in various areas within these fields.
Furthermore, it is characterized by its pragmatic and results-oriented approach, offering high-quality legal solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Its knowledge, interpersonal skills, and ethical principles have facilitated complex negotiations, enabling our clients to successfully achieve their objectives.
Florencio, for his part, joined the Corporate and Transactional Department in 2016. During his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in commercial and corporate transactions, international financial operations, and matters related to international business.
With a strategic and business-oriented vision, Florencio focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial services, and corporate, contract, and real estate law. He has successfully led highly complex domestic and cross-border transactions across various sectors, with a cumulative value exceeding $2.5 billion. He also advises prominent multinational clients on structuring, expanding, and managing their operations in Guatemala and Central America.
