Chilena Alster announced the appointment of Natalia Galindo as senior associate IA, a position that complements the firm's strategy of offering a sophisticated, yet close and practical legal service, where efficiency, technology and management are key.

The position was created specifically for Natalia's entry, under three clear objectives: to ensure operational excellence in strategic accounts; to implement and consolidate the "Zero Error" methodology; and to develop and train teams, especially by supporting the training of junior lawyers, whose entry is expected in the coming months.
Galindo is a lawyer from the University of Concepción and holds a Master's degree in International Law, Investment, Trade, and Arbitration from the University of Chile and the University of Heidelberg. She has also specialized in areas such as artificial intelligence and data protection.
Her background combines a solid legal foundation with the critical eye and high standards inherent in practicing law firms, enabling her to develop a high standard of quality in her legal work. Simultaneously, she has always been motivated by the role of technology in transforming the profession, leading her to delve deeper into this area. Today, these three elements—technical rigor, high standards in execution, and a focus on technology—come together seamlessly in her role at Alster, where not only legal knowledge is key, but also how the service is delivered: with efficiency, clear standards, and support from technological tools.
His primary responsibility in his new role lies in leading strategic accounts (particularly CMPC) to ensure compliance with quality standards and Service Level Agreements committed to the client. In addition to traditional legal practice (drafting and negotiating contracts, corporate advice, and operational support), Galindo proposes to innovate through initiatives related to operational efficiency, process standardization, and contract management, including the design and implementation of methodologies such as "Zero Error" and the use of technological tools to optimize legal work.
