Andersen has brought Miguel Palomero on board as a new partner in the Litigation department. Miguel Palomero specializes in restructuring and insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings, and advising companies, family offices, and business groups. With this appointment, the firm led by José Vicente Morote now has close to 50 partners in this department and has strengthened its advisory capacity in Restructuring and Insolvency.

Miguel Palomero also has extensive experience in leading law firms and legal consultancies. With more than 25 years of experience, he has solid know-how in advising on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project finance, and due diligence processes, providing a cross-cutting vision.
He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) with Special Honors, and he also completed his doctorate at the same university in two departments and was a Fellow at Harvard Law School (Harvard University). In addition, he has completed and attended numerous specialization courses and conducted research at universities such as Harvard and Yale University, among others.
