Holland & Knight has promoted three associates from its Bogotá office -Natalia Cuberos, Juan Pablo Díaz and Juan Felipe Fontecha- to senior counsel, effective 1 February 2026.

Natalia Cuberos focuses her practice on commercial and corporate law, contracts and corporate insolvency. She advises companies in insolvency proceedings before the Superintendency of Companies, as well as on a range of corporate matters.
Juan Pablo Díaz specialises in tax law, private wealth management, foreign exchange advisory work, tax disputes and corporate law. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border tax and foreign exchange matters, as well as in the structuring and execution of inbound and outbound foreign investment projects, corporate and tax reorganisations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Juan Felipe Fontecha focuses on capital markets transactions and financial and securities regulation. His experience includes initial public offerings, securities issuances, securitisations, ESG-linked financing and banking and finance law.
