This relocation embodies the firm's philosophy: "We go where our clients need us." The design, which combines panoramic views with the highest architectural and technological standards, was conceived to maximize collaboration among the firm's 18 legal practice areas and 7 industry groups, along with the administrative support teams, and to provide clients with world-class infrastructure.

In its initial phase, the facilities house more than 300 workstations, 16 meeting rooms, flexible spaces for social and academic activities with capacity for 250 people and a panoramic terrace with privileged views of emblematic places in Mexico City such as the Chapultepec Forest and the Campo Militar Marte.
The architectural and interior design was handled by Gensler, one of the world's most influential architecture and design firms, renowned for its expertise in developing innovative and sustainable solutions and for designing the offices of major firms in the world's leading financial centers. The tower is part of a premier real estate development conceived by SOMA, a Mexican developer with a distinguished track record in creating mixed-use, commercial, and residential destinations that transform the urban landscape.
